Running for Resilience has improved my life, hands down.
What’s impacted me most is how much I’ve learned from others in the community. Every week in the rag we get to meet one of our runners, pulling back the curtain on resilience, just that little bit more.
We’ve also started hearing from our community through Guest Articles, empowering more people to share their perspectives and starting conversations that we otherwise wouldn’t have had.
I cannot express how important it is that we continue learning from each other. It adds to our understanding of mental health, but more importantly, these conversations strengthen our connection, and in doing so, strengthen our resilience.
