Great stuff Timmy! Totally agree that communities play a massive part in being resilient- Breeny’s strength with his mum’s death has inspired me and helped me put my struggles into context.
I’d also love a run/walk with my Grandma. I miss her every day, but fortunately I’ve still got my Nana and will up my pestering of her to come join me at an R4R or parkrun!
