Running for Resilience will keep doing whatever it can, however it can, to save one life from suicide, as many times as possible.
We believe that no one is destined for suicide and that a suicide-free Canberra is possible. We believe that community, exercise, and a shared purpose is moving us closer, but we think that sharing stories of overcoming struggle can move us even further.
Not only does writing and sharing our stories help us, it strengthens connection through vulnerability and offers a blueprint for others to endure and overcome similar struggles.
Our collective sharing will show us what matters and what we can do as individuals and together, to help ourselves and others.
