Welcome to The R4R Rag by me, Matt Breen.
Running for Resilience (R4R) is a social movement about empowering people to overcome their struggles by never giving up, and to “Just. Keep. Moving”.
By starting this newsletter, I aim to save one life from suicide and continue to strengthen the bonds of the R4R community.
Running for Resilience takes place at 6pm every Wednesday and 6:15am every Friday from the Arc de Resilience at the Kingston Foreshore, and is a 6km run (or 3km walk) followed by a beer and laugh (coffee on Fridays), with all fitness levels welcome!
